Inventory Control Administrator

Gulf Coast Supply and Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Administrator. This individual is responsible for tracking and reporting the accuracy of material movements across our NFL and SE territories, and based in our Sebring, Fl location. The facility operates 5 days a week. This is a hands-on position in our newest facility with opportunity for growth.

Gulf Coast Supply & Manufacturing, LLC (GCSM) is a privately-owned company with 120 plus employees in five locations across Florida and Alabama. GCSM manufactures various profiles of metal roofing and trim, with a primary focus on the residential re-roof market generating over $50 million in annual revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The organization and execution Quarterly Cycle Counts of all SKU’s on-hand

Material Allocation Maintenance by way of deletion of unnecessary allocations

Receiving of goods via 3rd party suppliers as well as Supply Chain Transfers

Tracking waste of flat and coil goods

Managing the minimum on-hand quantities of flat sheet goods

Tracking the accuracy of Supply Chain Transfers and the submission of material requests

Processing material allocations against shop orders

The organization and execution of Year End Physical Inventory

Submitting weekly reports detailing cycle count percentage status, variances by dollar amount and waste

Other duties as assigned or required including office administrative assistance

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

2+ years in an Inventory Control role

Microsoft Office experience focused on Excel

Experience working in an environment with a large number of SKU

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
