PURPOSE OF POSITION
Assists in day-to-day operations by reviewing, replenishing, and maintaining inventory levels for select parts. Additionally, the individual will investigate inventory inaccuracies, making necessary corrections and required system updates to meet changing needs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. More Specifically, The Employee Owner Will
- Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies.
- Manage the replenishment of finished goods inventory for regional warehouses and service centers either by scheduling or sending on stock trucks.
- Enter inventory scrap adjustments and material substitutions.
- Be knowledgeable in cycle counting and proper cut-offs to insure accurate counts.
- Work with change orders.
- Be capable of reading prints to make changes to existing products, loading of product structures, and routings for new parts.
- Be responsible for daily transfers between manufacturing plants, transacting the inventory movement, and communicating to all parties involved to keep them informed.
- Be a key participant in annual physical inventory taking and follow thru on reports.
- Maintain knowledge of all company products.
- Serve as clerical support for the inventory control department.
- Provide backup for daily work cards and production.
- Continually participate in additional training related to the job.
- Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.
- Demonstrate regular, consistent attendance.

- Must be proficient in excel; Formatting Sheets, Math formulae, filters, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and mange time in order to accomplish work.
- Good organizational skills and experience in working with teams towards measured outcomes.
- Must have strong math skills
- Must have strong communication skills working with teams across multiple sites, states and countries.
- Great Time Management Skills
- Ability to work in high paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Associate’s Degree; or
- equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or
- equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Continually participate in additional training related to the job.
