Intern , Portfolio Strategy (Renewables & Flexible Power)

What You Can Expect

We are seeking a motivated and strategic intern to join our team as a Portfolio Strategy Intern. In this crucial role you will support our team by leading strategic projects and providing actionable insights to drive our business forward. This role supports the Renewables & Flex Power growth trajectory in North America, as well as contributing to the global business planning process.

- Assist in developing and implementing ENGIE portfolio strategies, business plan and projects investment reviews to meet annual targets across North America

- Support the collection of detailed inputs for review and analysis, conduct competitive analysis, and help ENGIE navigate complex business challenges

- Conduct market and industry research, track and collect consultants’ data, analyze data, identify trends, and present findings to internal stakeholders on a recurring basis

- Manage the communication of information within the Revenues Management team, together with Business Development and Power Marketing, and broadly across the organization and support internal data quality

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 2nd year undergraduate or graduate degree with at least a current GPA of 2.8 or higher

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Business acumen with an ability to prepare quantitative analysis

- Good interpersonal skills, with exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills, with a high degree of accuracy

- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be a self-starter

- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally

Additional Details

- The internship work term will be from January 2026 to May 2026

- This role is eligible for our hybrid in-office work policy

- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Hourly Range: $22.50 – $33.50 USD hourly

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
