What You’ll Do:

- Speak with prospecting customers about the benefits of community solar programs

- Help residents enroll in programs that lower their electric bills while supporting clean energy

- Develop relationships with customers and build trust through transparent communication

- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals

- Participate in daily meetings to sharpen your skills and stay motivated

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals

- Comfortable talking to new people and handling objections

- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

- No prior sales experience required – we provide full training

- All education levels are welcome to apply

Compensation:

- Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential

- Performance bonuses and incentives for top producers

- Full-time, flexible schedule
