Job Description

Position: Intern, Clearloop Operations

Location: Nashville, TN

Overview:

The Clearloop team at Silicon Ranch is looking to hire in-person for a paid or class-credit internship. This position is responsible for supporting Silicon Ranch's carbon solutions arm, Clearloop. This internship provides opportunity to work alongside Clearloop and Silicon Ranch teams tackling decarbonization of the U.S. electric grid, while ensuring equitable access to clean energy across the country. Candidates for this role are organized, motivated, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Support Clearloop's Energize STEM, Energize Careers, and Energize Connections community impact programs

- Support the Commercial Partnerships team in evolving the customer experience

- Assist with measurement, evaluation, and verification of programming

- Interact with attendees at community events and provide event support

- Strategize creative processes of managing and scaling complex community programs

- Manage ordering, inventory and shipping of classroom materials for Energize STEM teacher training program – redesign process for efficiency

Qualifications:

- Silicon Ranch is looking for current students (preference to Juniors and Seniors) or recent graduates who can commit to 30-40 hours per week. Proficiency with Excel is a plus.
