Position Overview:

As the Inside Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, training, and overseeing a team of Inside Sales Specialists. Your team will be responsible for working directly with homeowners to schedule appointments and coordinate schedules with our window consultants. This is a leadership role where you will have a direct impact on the department's growth and success.
