About the Role:
As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager to improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Your primary focus will be on conducting Ride-a-Longs to mentor and develop a dedicated team within the larger sales team. You will also assist in meetings, scheduling, hiring, and other functions as directed by the Sales Manager, though these responsibilities will be limited.
