Inside Sales – Firearms Parts

We are currently expanding and seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Inside Sales - Firearms Parts. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the AR platform, and common modifications and upgrades to such. In this business development position, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by leveraging your communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Prospecting: Utilize research, phone, emails, and inbound leads to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

· Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and purchasing agents within assigned accounts.

· Market Engagement: Conduct thorough account research, identify key players, and generate interest in T&D products and capabilities.

· Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions effectively.

· Quotation Management: Source and respond to customer RFQs, maintaining regular communication on open quotes to facilitate closures.

· Sales Achievement: Close sales to meet or exceed monthly quotas, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.

· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and current data in the CRM system for customers, prospects, and deals.

· Record Keeping: Keep detailed and accurate records, reports, and files to effectively manage your territory.

· Industry Engagement: Attend industry trade shows as necessary to stay informed and foster business connections.

Qualifications:

· Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.

· Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication, along with effective presentation skills.

· Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals consistently.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

Additional Information:

· Work Schedule: Full-time, in-office position at our Clifton Heights, PA location, Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), Friday (8:30 AM - 4:00 PM).

· Compensation: Competitive mix of base salary ($35,000) and commission. Expected first-year On Target Earnings (OTE) around $65,000.
