Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly energized, self-motivated individual with in-depth industry knowledge, experience, and skills to effectively represent Berry Home Centers, Inc. to our customers in a professional manner. Qualifying candidates must exhibit the ability to understand customers and products to meet their requirements, demonstrate the ability to stay on task. Focusing on the art of closing the sale every day.

Responsibilities

- Customer service, the ability to be friendly and professional, eager to listen to the needs of our customers to fill their specific needs for each project.

- Build and maintain customer and vendor relationships.

- Upkeeping displayed merchandise that reflect our high standards of inside product readiness.

- Have proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and capable of learning other software platforms.

- Effectively read blueprints and perform take-offs of company products.

- Have aptitude in identifying field issues and resolve while communicating with management.

- Stay current with industry trends and new products through trade publications and research.

- Effectively plan and conduct professional sales presentations for current and prospective customers on company products and provide clarification on how we can meet their specific needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, 2 years industry construction experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
