What You’ll Be Doing

•

Make 30–60 outbound calls daily to current customers to cross-sell additional services.

•

Close inbound sales calls by providing effective solutions and building trust.

•

Assist customers with service upgrades and answer questions about existing services.

•

Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and text.

•

Schedule appointments and inspections for new and returning customers.

•

Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, auditing, and CRM updates.

•

Clearly and confidently explain the value and pricing of our services to both prospective and current clients.

•

Be a collaborative team player, always looking for ways to support your teammates.
