Inside Sales Representative

Location: Greater St. Louis, Missouri Area

Reports To: Branch Sales Manager

What You’ll Do:

Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with new and existing customers to drive profitable sales growth.
Close Deals with Precision: Negotiate and secure orders that maximize both revenue and long-term customer loyalty.
Master the Market: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive pricing, and steel product applications to position yourself as an expert advisor.
Craft Winning Quotes: Develop competitive proposals that deliver value to customers while ensuring strong margins.
Expand Our Reach: Work closely with Business Development to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Stay Sharp: Continuously learn and adapt to the latest industry technologies and ERP systems.


What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: 5+ years of successful inside sales experience in metals or industrial B2B sales.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of carbon steel products, processing services, and industry best practices.
Negotiation Mastery: Proven ability to close deals with confidence and finesse.
Analytical Acumen: Ability to read blueprints, understand specifications, and calculate costs effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
