This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in St Louis, MO. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, and enhancing customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and collaborating closely with product managers and other sales representatives to meet sales targets and goals.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
- Experience in Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
