What You’ll Do

- Move and position railcars for loading and unloading raw materials

- Clean and prepare railcars for reuse

- Operate a small locomotive (will train the right person)

- Operate a forklift and handle bulk material

- Support plant operators with daily production needs

- Perform general labor tasks including cleaning and upkeep

- Assist maintenance and production teams during downtime

What We’re Looking For

- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime

- Reliable attendance and consistent work history

- Comfortable with physical, industrial work (standing, lifting, outdoor elements)

- Experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or forklift operation preferred

- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
