POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Trainer to join our team. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of our service technicians and will be instrumental in developing and delivering impactful technical training programs across both classroom and field environments for EST products and services. The ideal candidate will have field experience, whether in a technician or training capacity, and possess a deep understanding of industrial systems and service practices. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:•Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical or industrial service role (e.g., field service technician, field training, maintenance supervisor) required.
•Able and willing to travel frequently (overnight), including nationwide and occasional international travel - 40%.
•Must have a high degree of integrity, an acceptable background and driving record to obtain/maintain military base clearances.
•Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to technicians during site visits, ensuring safe and effective application of service procedures.
•Possess strong computer skills including proven experience with all Microsoft office applications; training and presentation software; graphics & photo imaging software; video conferencing; web-based video training.

•Tech savvy with MS Office Suite, experience utilizing training and presentation software; graphics and photo imaging software; video conferencing; web-based video training.

•Proven experience conducting technical training or mentoring in a field or classroom setting.
•Advanced knowledge, skills and troubleshooting abilities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and electronic systems.
•Ability to understand EST products, equipment maintenance and service requirements.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
•Comfortable working in field environments and with a wide range of industrial equipment and tools.
•Ability to complete complex work that requires continuous, concentrated mental and visual effort to plan and problem solve, travel by way of commercial aircraft, routinely lift 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds, work outside under various environmental conditions, some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment, maneuver around moving objects, vehicles and machinery and ability to utilize a ladder with 300 pounds weight limit.
