Are you passionate about creating training tools and developing programs? We have a training opportunity for you! In this role, you'll design training plans to coach our drivers and support them in the use of on-board technologies. Discover your future responsibilities as a Trainer:
•
Develop training tools to be used during driver integration;
•
Follow up on training, evaluate performance, and suggest improvements;
•
Represent the company at hiring fairs;
•
Train driver instructors, managers, and truck drivers in the use of on-board technological tools;
•
Assist drivers and support system implementation.
To become a Trainer at Harnois Énergies, you must:
•
Have strong communication and teaching skills;
•
Be up to date with current government policies and regulations;
•
Know the rules governing the transportation of hazardous materials;
•
Have a very good knowledge of rules related to driving hours and electronic logs;
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
