- Provide electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Build/repair control panels; bend conduit; wire 220/480V systems; maintain power distribution.
- Support AC/DC motors and drives, PLC controls, and sensors (limit and proximity).
- Install and repair electrical components on industrial machinery in accordance with code, manuals, schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Apply electrical trade methods and tools, including ladder logic, to reduce downtime.
- Conduct safety inspections and follow OSHA standards: LOTO, confined space, fall protection, hot work, mobile equipment, and PPE.
- Cross-train and safely operate loaders, dozers, locomotives, and cranes to facilitate transshipment.

- Minimum 3 years as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industrial safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills under pressure.
- Effective verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with PLCs and ladder logic.
- Comfort working at heights, outdoors, and in confined spaces.
- Eligibility to obtain and hold a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
- Ability to work overtime and rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
