Industrial Electrician

Our team produces world-class prefabricated electrical enclosures serving industries such as mining, oil and gas, utilities, and heavy industry.

We are currently seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the electrical assembly, wiring, and installation of industrial systems within our metal enclosures and fabricated components. You will work closely with the production team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform hands-on electrical assembly, wiring, and installation within prefabricated metal enclosures

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints

- Safely handle and operate electrical tools, test equipment, and machinery

- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements

- Run and terminate cables, install panels, lights, receptacles, switches, and related components

- Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems and wiring

- Install and layout Unistrut, cable trays, and industrial electrical equipment

- Collaborate with the production team to meet project schedules and quality expectations

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Qualifications:

- Registered 2nd or 3rd year Electrical Apprentice or equivalent hands-on industrial electrical experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant electrical experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment

- Proficient in EMT conduit bending, installation, and layout

- Experience working with control panels, industrial wiring, and equipment installations is an asset

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-floor environment

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour
