Industrial Painter - Structural Steel

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in an industrial paint shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting structural steel. Candidate will also be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.

- Fabricate components as needed, following detailed instructions and blueprints.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

- Support operations, including loading and unloading materials.

- Operate forklifts as required, adhering to all safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Experience

- Experience in painting structural steel

- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.

- Basic math knowledge.

- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.

- A commitment to safety standards and practices in all aspects of work.
