Industrial Painter

Prep and paint structural steel with industrial paint systems such as macropoxy 646 and High Solids Polyurethane. Paint must be applied in a professional manner. Mixing and mil thickness of paint, must meet project specifications.

· Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed

· Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to steel products using various application techniques

· Mix and match paint to achieve desired colors and finishes according to project specifications

· Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups or corrections

· Operate and maintain painting equipment, including sprayers, brushes, and other tools

· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment during painting

· Coordinate with the production team to prioritize painting orders and optimize workflow

· Maintain accurate records of paint and supply inventory to ensure timely restocking

· Collaborate with the production manager to address any operational issues or concerns related to painting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
