The Visser Precision Manufacturing team located in Denver, CO is seeking a Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Tech I.

This is an entry level mechanical & facilities maintenance position in a CNC manufacturing facility, with an opportunity to learn a valuable trade. Successful candidates will have a willingness to learn, an eye for detail & a belief that there are no “small jobs”. Forklift experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities Include

- Maintaining shop/yard cleanliness & organization

- Maintain oil/fluid levels in all machines

- Change/clean machine filters

- Assist in monitoring/ordering consumables

- Perform & track preventative maintenance operations (will train)

- Assist in repairs, material/machine moves & infrastructure operations as needed

- Monitor/service chip bins

Ideal Candidate

- Works independently, but as part of a team, with minimal oversight.

- Completes all tasks in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.

- Is detail-oriented and highly organized.

- 0-1 Year in Mechanical or Facilities Maintenance

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
