The Role of the Sales Estimator is to perform In Home Consultations with Home Owners and secure written agreements for fencing projects that meet company revenue and margin requirements. The Sales Estimator is responsible for educating our clients on the CA Fences process for installing exceptional Home Fencing that meets all their expectations and requirements.
- Maintain a flexible working schedule that allows you to complete all pre-scheduled client appointments set by our In House Scheduler
- Complete training on the CA Fences Structured Design Meeting Process and demonstrate the ability to articulate and educate the customer on the CA Fence Key Value Propositions and Differentiators.
- Complete all Client Quotes while on-site and review with Client before concluding the In Home Meeting
- Physically walk every Client Fence Site and take all required measurements to ensure an accurate and detailed Estimate is prepared for the Client
- Maintain all active Client Opportunities in the CA Fence CRM system and be prepared to participate in a weekly Sales Team overview of their status
- Stay engaged with all Active Clients until closure on the opportunity. Update status in CA Fence CRM when closure is reached.
- Maintain a closing Ratio on all created Estimates of > 30%
- Meet Company minimum requirements for Gross Profit on Sold Projects
- Attend every assigned Client In Home Meeting and complete on site Estimates
- Adhere to Company Dress Code at all times
- Arrive On Time to every assigned client meeting
- Maintain company policies for Clean Driving Record and Substance Free work environment.
- Maintain proper care and security of all assigned company vehicles and property
