What You Will Receive

Responsibilities

The Service Advisor role is a sales role. Your main responsibilities include doing in-home estimates with residential customers who have requested home repair or remodeling services, evaluating the project, estimating the cost of services for the customer using Handyman Connection’s estimating software and selling the service to the customer.

+ Experience working in a construction related industry and working with craftsman + Experience making outbound sales calls to customers + Experience working with difficult customers and employees; handling complaints or conflicts with customers and employees + Knowledge of basic home repair/ remodeling + Knowledge and experience using a home remodeling software + Knowledge and experience doing in-home estimates with customers for a service + 5 years of experience in sales having goals and being held accountable to achieving those goals + Longevity working in a role for an extended period of time demonstrating loyalty to a company and the ability to maintain employment in one place for significant period of time
