HVAC Technician

What You’ll Do:

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems

- Install, service, and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems including boilers, furnaces, A/C units, and heat pumps

- Ensure jobs are completed according to safety and quality standards

- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate job details clearly

- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service work (with additional compensation)

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience

- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and troubleshooting best practices

- Clean driving record

- At least one of the following active licenses is required: CT “B” and “S” Licenses
