What You’ll Do

As a full-time Service Technician, you will provide excellent customer service which results in repeat business as they go into our clients' homes and install and service HVAC systems, as well as provide leadership for the other HVAC technicians on their team.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality

Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and addressing their needs.

Requirements

2+ years experience as a residential Service HVAC Technician is REQUIRED

Mech IV (or obtain within 90 days of employment) for El Paso County is required

EPA Certification (or obtain within 90 days of employment) is required

A clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with servicing HVAC systems
