Rocket Cooling is looking for a Service Manager to take charge of our SWFL operations. You’ll be responsible for leading the entire HVAC team, including service, install, and maintenance technicians. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ideas, execution, and team-building skills will shape not just the local branch—but the future of our company.

Responsibilities:

•

Lead and oversee the full HVAC team across service, install, and maintenance

•

Provide oversight of branch-level P&L and help drive profitability

•

Track and manage KPIs, including revenue, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and callback rates

•

Coach and mentor technicians to elevate performance, professionalism, and confidence

•

Maintain high standards—ensuring jobs are done right the first time

•

Coordinate with our CSR/Dispatch Manager to ensure smooth scheduling and customer communication

•

Work closely with install coordinators and permit staff to keep projects on track

•

Contribute to company-wide growth through weekly leadership meetings with managers from other branches

•

Uphold Rocket Cooling’s clean, professional image and reputation for quality

Qualifications:

•

Experienced HVAC leader—ideally with service and install management background

•

Familiarity with profit and loss reporting and performance metrics

•

Strong understanding of KPIs and how to use them to drive accountability and improvement

•

Confident coach and motivator who builds strong, capable teams

•

Comfortable with tech—familiar with ServiceTitan and digital field tools

•

Proactive, organized, and solution-driven

•

Focused on quality service, not sales pressure or shortcuts

•

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
