HVAC Operations Manager

Carl F. Riedell & Son, Inc. is growing and urgently seeking a HVAC Project Manager/Estimator for our Osterville, MA location.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to develop scopes of work and/or review and interpret plans.

Estimate job costs and prepare client proposals (mostly for residential installs and replacements)

Manage budget and job billing for your sold jobs

Manage schedule, job progress and manpower from start through completion

Ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget

Requirements:

Must be dependable

Must be personable

Must be able to prioritize work and efficiently complete jobs in a timely manner

Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and with the Riedell team

Must be able to collaborate in a team environment

IT Savvy - able to learn estimate and scheduling software

Must be willing to attend trainings, learn and stay up to date on codes and rebate programs

Minimum 2 years HVAC experience required. Sales and Construction background a plus
