We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves direct sales, lead generation, and building and leading both HVAC sales and lead generation teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities
•Direct Sales: Actively sell HVAC services and products to residential and commercial clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads independently while collaborating with the internal lead generation team to secure appointments.
•Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing HVAC sales team to drive revenue growth.
•Lead Generation Team Development: Work with leadership to build and manage an internal lead generation team, optimizing processes for appointment setting and conversion.
•Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize close rates and customer satisfaction.
•Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
•Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team sales metrics, providing regular reports to management and adjusting strategies as needed.
•Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in HVAC sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
•Strong ability to generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive methods.
•Experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales or lead generation teams is a plus.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
•Knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry trends.
•Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
•Competitive base salary plus commissions, with total compensation potential of $100,000–$150,000 per year.
