This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer—HVAC Products—located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Manufacturing Engineer will design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to produce HVAC products efficiently. Key duties include developing and implementing production processes, improving operational efficiencies, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
· At least two years of HVAC, sheetmetal or industrial piping related manufacturing experience preferred.
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
· Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

· The typical work week is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
· On-site attendance in the GTA office and factory is required.

· Applicants must have an active full driver’s license from a Canadian province for at least three (3) years.
