We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC & Mechanical Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our services to commercial and industrial clients/sectors.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
•Must have outside sales experience
•Identify and prospect new customers in the commercial and industrial sectors.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our HVAC, Chilled Water, Plumbing and Electrical solutions.
•Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
•Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and technical support, to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
•Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
•Proven track record of success in HVAC & Mechanical or related sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
•Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
•Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
