Job Description
The Sales Rep will work with new and existing customers to walk them through the process of selecting the best HVAC equipment and financing options available to them.
In all work activities the Sales Rep is responsible for projecting a professional image and maintaining the Chrome Heating @ Air’s reputation. The Sales Rep is a conduit of information between the company and customers and must maintain a positive, productive line of communication between all parties.
Responsibilities
•Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by using proper sales techniques, account management, and problem solving
•Follow up on all assigned leads in a timely professional manner.
•Self-generate 25% of all leads
•No technical skills or knowlege required.
•Coordinate with installation department
•Promptly follow up with Customers to determine satisfaction and to acquire leads, referrals, testimonials, and the satisfaction survey.
•Provide sufficient knowledge, skills, training, and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and a positive, productive work environment consistent with company goals and objectives.
•Desire to make $100,000 per year
Requirements
•Minimum of one year of interactive customer experience, preferably in a sales environment. .
•High school graduate. Some college preferred.
•Good computer skills. Knowledge of common office applications such as MS Word, and MS Excel.
•Clean, neat, professional appearance.
•Customer service orientation.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
