Position Overview:
The HVAC Salesperson is responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions for system replacements, upgrades, and new installations. This role requires a mix of in-home consultations, relationship-building, and technical understanding of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess comfort needs and present appropriate HVAC solutions
•Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and financing options
•Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
•Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
•Collaborate with install and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
•Maintain knowledge of current products, industry trends, and promotions
•Participate in company meetings, trainings, and marketing events as needed
Qualifications:
•Previous HVAC sales experience required.
•Strong communication and persuasion skills
•Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
•Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
•Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
•Basic understanding of HVAC systems and solutions
