Residential HVAC Sales Consultant

Gwyn Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Professional to serve as a Residential HVAC Sales Representative. Our company has been locally owned and operating in NC for over 50 years, and we seek to serve with character and a customer service mindset. Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a sense of teamwork, be self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

This position is customer-facing, and will be focused on providing estimates to our residential customers regarding HVAC system replacement. Job responsibilities will include responding to customer leads generated from our marketing campaigns, scheduling in-person appointments, and conducting site visits to provide in-person estimates for residential HVAC systems. This position requires experience in the HVAC field (5+ years), communication skills, and intrinsic motivation to achieve sales metrics. Some regional (in-state) travel is required for estimate appointments.
