Position Summary

We are seeking an entry-level HVAC Repair Technician with foundational HVAC schooling and a strong desire to learn. This role is ideal for someone who has completed technical school or an HVAC training program and is ready to gain hands-on experience in the field under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

- Assist with troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

- Accurately document work performed and parts used

- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

- Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications

- HVAC technical school or trade program completion (or currently near completion)

- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices

- EPA Section 608 Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good customer service and communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

- 6–24 months of hands-on HVAC experience

- Experience with residential service calls

- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
