Expected salary range of $103,500 to $115,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
This is an on-site role, located at our Pearl River, New York facility, with a Monday - Friday standard day schedule. Occasional overtime hours will be required, including some weekend work, for scheduled shutdowns and emergency coverage as needed.
The HVAC Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Supervisor is responsible for safe, reliable, and compliant operation of the facility. Evaluates and manages HVAC and Facility performance and initiates improvement affecting reliability, availability and efficiency.
Operates the HVAC systems in a manner that minimizes the cost of generation and maximizes profitability while maintaining the long-term viability of the sites assets. The O&M Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision, monitoring and coaching of employees to ensure a productive workforce in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include work planning, training, resource scheduling, inspections, and initiating requisitions for procurement of materials and equipment vendors and services from contractors. Responsibilities ensuring personnel are knowledgeable of and in compliance with applicable Contracts, Standards and Procedures.
