To join our team as a HVAC Field Supervisor! A Field supervisor is provided general guidance from functional management to provide direction on activities, behaviors, and performance there will be responsibility to motivate team members keep track of budgets and ensure goals of programs are being met. A Field supervisor will be identifying and analyzing problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. This role will also be responsible for monitoring team budgets and allocate resource to ensure proper use of assets, achieving profitability, productivity, and growth targets.

Compensation Range:

$72,000 - 80,000/ year

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
