G&C Plumbing & Heating—a trusted, family-owned company in Bellingham, MA—is launching a brand-new HVAC division, and we’re looking for a skilled, service-driven leader to take the helm.
What You’ll Do:
•Take charge of our new HVAC division—setting the bar for quality, service, and innovation.
•Handle installations, repairs, and diagnostics for residential and light commercial systems.
•Troubleshoot with precision and deliver solutions that last.
•Mentor up-and-coming techs and help build a strong, skilled team.
•Work closely with company leadership to guide the growth of the HVAC department.
•Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships through trust and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
•Preferred 3 years of HVAC experience with a proven track record of excellence.
•Massachusetts HVAC licenses and certifications.
•Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
•Natural leadership abilities — ready to guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team.
•Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
