The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Maintenance Supervisors (Senior Coordinators) to join our Instrumentation Maintenance, Maintenance Services, and Maintenance & Reliability Engineering Teams in Long Harbour, NL. Relocation to the Province of Newfoundland & Labrador will be required for this role.

These are permanent on-site positions, with a work schedule depending on each department’s individual requirements. The working schedule may be 4x10s Monday to Thursday, 4x10s Tuesday to Friday, or a rotational schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off.

As a Maintenance Supervisor (Senior Coordinator) you will lead Mechanical and E&I Technical personnel within the Long Harbour Processing Plant facilities to ensure the proper operation of plant equipment and processes and the incorporation of maintenance best practices into the installation and maintenance procedures of equipment to achieve world-class maintenance results. Your experience and skills will work with all the various Maintenance Teams and Operations to ensure that plant efficiency is optimized without impact to safety, the environment, or the community.
