Your Role:

As an HVAC Installation Leader, you'll take charge of installations, maintain truck inventory, and ensure accurate invoicing. You'll lead projects, mentor apprentices, and deliver top-quality service every time.

The Qualifications:

- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience - 1+ years of experience in a lead or senior installer role

- Experience installing light commercial equipment up to 15 tons

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred)

- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems

- Proficient in ductwork layout, fabrication, modifications, and system air balancing

- Proficient with HVAC installation tools and equipment

- Skilled in brazing, line-set installation, refrigerant charging, evacuation, and start-up procedures

- Strong understanding of codes, safety standards, and manufacturer installation guidelines

- Committed to mentoring and guiding junior installers and apprentices

- Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, and office staff

- Ability to diagnose installation-related issues

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, load calculations, wiring diagrams, and installation specs

- Ability to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction

- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, access attics, crawl spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks
