OUR IDEAL EXPERIENCED APPRENTICE HVAC INSTALLER

We're looking for an Experienced Apprentice HVAC Installer who can help install heating and air conditioning systems according to Homestead Comfort's high-quality standards while learning side‑by‑side with our skilled technicians. You'll ride along with our cutting‑edge team to gain hands‑on experience, build the technical confidence needed to become a Lead Installer, and consistently maintain a safe and professional work environment.

This position works full‑time, Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or until the job is finished), with overtime as needed.

Our ideal Experienced Apprentice HVAC Installer can also meet the following qualifications:

- 1+ years of heating and air conditioning experience

- Apprentice card

- High school/Technical diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license

- Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings

- Ability to follow directions and comply with all safety rules

- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes

Desired Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication

- Professional phone etiquette

- Strong interpersonal abilities

- Energetic personality

- Well-organized and able to work independently
