HVAC Install Helper

Overview Who/What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade

Our HVAC Install Helper class will:Â

- Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications

- Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units

- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing

- Install sheet metal and flex duct systems inÂ

homes

- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment

 Qualifications

- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and haveÂ

a good driving

 record

- High school diploma (or GED)

- Strong decision-making abilities

- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements

- Team player

- Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older
