Phase 3 Energy & Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Human Resources and Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and smooth HR operations while supporting a positive and safe work environment for all employees.

- Process and manage bi-weekly/weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify employee time & attendance; work with supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle new hire onboarding, including system setup and benefit enrollment.
- Run and analyze monthly payroll and HR reports.
- Coordinate annual benefits renewal meetings and ensure payroll updates are current.
- Partner with the HSE team on new hire training, accident reporting, and safety initiatives.
- Support supervisors and employees to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Perform additional HR and payroll duties as assigned.
- Other related duties as assigned.- 5+ years of HR and payroll experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Quickbooks and KPA strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of employees and leadership.
- Team-oriented, highly organized, and detail-driven.
- Experience handling HR and payroll processes.
- Spanish-speaking preferred.
