HR Administrator

Salary: $21-23 per hour

Job Skills & Qualifications:

- Maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality, and discretion with sensitive information.

- Recruitment: Post job ads, review applications, schedule and conduct interviews, and correspond with candidates.

- Onboarding: Coordinate pre-employment drug testing and set up new hires in systems (ShopVue, Syteline).

- Track attendance and assist with disciplinary documentation.

- Maintain and update employee data and personnel files.

- Support company culture initiatives and assist with organizing events.

- Prepare termination paperwork and other HR documentation.

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Exhibit excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
