Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This role is crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the effective management of human capital.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
•Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
•Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
•Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMLA, and other relevant regulations.
•Lead change management initiatives to facilitate organizational growth and development.
•Utilize systems such as Salesforce, UltiPro, and SAP for effective HR operations.
•Coordinate succession planning efforts to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.
•Maintain an efficient Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment processes.
•Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
•Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of HR practices.
•Familiarity with performance management systems and change management methodologies.
•Knowledge of OSHA regulations, FMLA guidelines, and other employment laws.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
•Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
