Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Invest Cast Inc. This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidates availability and experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition efforts

- Maintain employee records

- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws

- Administer employee benefits and assist with open enrollment

- Foster positive employee relations and engagement

- Support a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace culture

Qualifications

- HR experience required; manufacturing or industrial background preferred

- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- HR certification is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
