Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the hiring process and benefits administration, while contributing to strategic planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Administer employee benefits programs, medical, dental, vision, life insurances.

- Perform Recruit, screen, hire, onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies and improve organizational effectiveness.

- Utilize HR software systems, such as Paycor, UKG, etc.

- Support social media management efforts to promote company culture and attract talent.

Skills

- Excellent recruiting abilities using latest methodologies and systems.

- Strong knowledge and proficiency in HR software reporting systems.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees at all levels.

- Creative approach to social media management for employer branding purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
