- Utilize HR software systems, such as Paycor, UKG, etc.
- Support social media management efforts to promote company culture and attract talent.
- Excellent recruiting abilities using latest methodologies and systems.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in HR software reporting systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees at all levels.
