We are looking for a seasoned HR Director who will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy and enhancing employee engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Strategic Leadership:
Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on retention and employee satisfaction.
- Employee Engagement:
Create and implement programs that strengthen culture, morale, and engagement.
- Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal systems that encourage continuous feedback and professional growth.
- Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws; update policies to maintain a fair and equitable workplace.
- Data-Driven Decisions:
Leverage analytics to identify trends and implement effective HR initiatives.- 5+ years in upper management HR roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience in a professional services or legal environment strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to act with discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- SHRM-CP certification a plus.
