- The
HR Director
will serve as the top HR leader at DCS, reporting directly to the CEO. This individual will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading the Human Resources function across all locations, with a focus on supporting business growth, technical excellence, and a high-performance culture.
- This role will oversee the full HR lifecycle—talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, organizational development, compensation, payroll, benefits, and ESOP culture—while partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategy with company objectives.

- Design and execute the long-term HR strategy to support DCS’s business growth and employee-ownership model.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team to support multi-site operations.
- Develop and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical, field, and corporate talent.
- Lead succession planning and career development programs across all functions.
- Implement leadership development initiatives to build internal capabilities and bench strength.
- Champion DCS’s values and foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Lead ESOP engagement initiatives that reinforce the principles of employee ownership and accountability.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs, communication strategies, and recognition frameworks.
- Oversee and enhance HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state (particularly Louisiana and Texas), and local employment regulations.
- Manage compensation, payroll, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
- Drive organizational design and change management initiatives that support scalability and cross-functional alignment.
- Support integration of new systems, facilities, or teams as the company expands.
- Establish and track key HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions and monitor progress.
- Prepare and present reports and insights to senior leadership on HR trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years at the Director or Senior Director level.- Experience working in industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or energy-related sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated success building and leading HR teams in growth-stage or multi-site organizations.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience working with or supporting an ESOP organization is a significant plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and team development.
