Key Responsibilities:
•Lead employee onboarding and offboarding activities, HR orientations, and maintain up-to-date employee records in the Human Resources Information System.
•Administer employee benefits programs, including RRSP enrollment, disability claims, and benefits training sessions.
•Provide recruitment support and represent the company at career fairs.
•Support employee relations and engagement initiatives, offering HR guidance and assistance to employees and leaders.
•Track and report on key HR and recruiting metrics
•Process and manage bi-weekly payroll and employee time-off policies using our HRIS & Payroll Software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
