Responsibilities
•Administer employee benefits programs, medical, dental, vision, life insurances.
•Perform Recruit, screen, hire, onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
•Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies and improve organizational effectiveness.
•Utilize HR software systems, such as Paycor, UKG, etc.
•Support social media management efforts to promote company culture and attract talent.
Skills
•Excellent recruiting abilities using latest methodologies and systems.
•Strong knowledge and proficiency in HR software reporting systems.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
•Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees at all levels.
•Creative approach to social media management for employer branding purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
