Full time Office Manager / HR Administrative Assistant
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer service mindset, and proficiency in various office software, including Google Workspace. This position involves a variety of tasks that require multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
JOB DUTIES TO INCLUDE
:
•Assist the HR Department / HR Manager by providing administrative support.
•Perform background screenings on new employees.
•Maintain business license transactions with various state agencies.
•Process new hires and maintain personnel files.
•Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
•High school diploma or the equivalent, but some college preferred.
•Previous experience in HR preferred.
•Excellent verbal communication skills.
•Excellent attendance record.
•Experience in general office environment.
•Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
•Must be able to respond and perform professionally and efficiently.
•Must be able to manage multiple priorities/job responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
•Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications.
